If you are using a Mobile Device Manager (MDM) to manage your iPads, you should contact your IT department or provider to upgrade the NoahFace App.
Otherwise, on each iPad you should:
Connectivity. Versions of the NoahFace App earlier than 24.39 were not tolerant of network path changes. Network path changes could result in the NoahFace App being unable to connect to the NoahFace Dashboard, it displaying an "Operating Offline" message, and a need to restart it.
Face Detection. Versions of the NoahFace App earlier than 25.6 were not tolerant of specific types of iPad camera drop outs. This could result in a failure to detect faces and a need to restart the NoahFace App.
Liveness Detection. A change in behaviour in recent versions of iPadOS could result in the failure of the "Movement Analysis" Liveness Detection algorithm. Customers using this algorithm are advised to upgrade to version 24.6 (or later) of the NoahFace App and to switch to the new "Image Analysis" algorithm.
