There are two instances of NoahFace and the NoahFace Dashboard as follows:
All customers in the US, Canada, Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia use the Rest of World instance of NoahFace.
All customers in the UK who commenced using NoahFace prior to April 2025 also use the Rest of World instance of NoahFace.
All customers in the UK and Europe who commenced using NoahFace after April 2025 use the UK and Europe instance of NoahFace. Using this instance allows you to comply with the GDPR data sovereignty requirements without the need for International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Special Clauses.
When you login to the NoahFace Dashboard you will be required to select your instance. We therefore recommend that you bookmark the NoahFace Dashboard in your Web Browser for ease of access.
The minimum App versions to connect to the UK and Europe instance of NoahFace are as follows:
The NoahFace iPad App and NoahFace Go mobile App will make API calls to the NoahFace Dashboard on the following IP addresses:
For added security you can implement whitelisting in your network to only allow outbound HTTPS traffic (ie: port 443) to these specific IP addresses.
The NoahFace Dashboard will make API calls to your HR platform (eg: Workday, Dayforce, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, isolved, Employment Hero) from the following IP Addresses:
For added security you can implement whitelisting in your HR platform to only allow inbound API traffic from these specific IP addresses.
